Spiral 2 – Sacred Breath

We learn about our sacred breath (life force energy), connecting with the element of air, unicorns and elementals as well as a very powerful Egyptian God. There will be a project to make a tool for use in your sacred work and a powerful sacred yoga practice.

Duration

The duration of this spiral will be run over a period of 8 weeks. There will be an additional 2 weeks to complete all the requirements in order to obtain certification. This will come to a total of 10 weeks. Start Date – 24 February 2025

Week 1

• Connect with the Elemental of Air. Learn who she is and what her purpose is.
• Unicorn connection – first journey.

Week 2

• Journey with Unicorn – second journey.
• Feather fan – make one and learn about the connections to feathers.
• How to use a feather fan to clear your or another persons energy. How to use a feather fan in space clearing and healing.

Week 3

• Journey with Unicorn – third journey.
• Cleansing air in your area – meditation.
• Connecting to Sacred Breath.

Week 4

• How to work with your Unicorn – includes a meditation going deep into how your Unicorn wishes to work with you.
• Meditation to send healing with your Unicorn. Healing could be for a person, place, situation or simply sending out positive energies.
• Breathwork practice- Infinity.

Week 5

• Preparation to work with Amun, he is a powerful God from Egypt.
• Sacred yoga sequence to connect with Amun.

Week 6

• Breathwork and using the power of breath to heal.
• Building a sacred practice for breathwork.
• Creating a breathwork practice to do with your clients.

Week 7

• Breathwork and sacred journey with Amun.
• Sacred dance ceremony connecting deeply with your life force energy.
• Students will have the opportunity to teach everyone in the container a breathwork practice.

Week 8

• Deepening your sacred yoga practice and demonstrating to others.
• How to deepen your connection to Amun.
• Breathwork and sacred journey with Amun.

Week 8

• Celebration event we gather and have fun, dance, connect, chat and go into a mini meditation.
